Conditions for Refund:

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Used products or those damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Request your Return Authorization Number by emailing inovawear919@gmail.com.
• Provide a detailed reason for your return and attach pictures or a video supporting your claim.
• Upon approval, you will receive your Return ID and the address of the nearest warehouse where you can send the product.

Important Notes:

• To ensure your refund, please use a trackable mail service. We cannot be held responsible for lost or missing packages.
• Upon receipt of your package, our team will examine the products, and a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
• A refund receipt will be emailed to the address used during your original purchase.

Replacements:

• For replacements, you must send the incorrect article/color to our address first. Once received, we will send you the correct article/color. Delivery charges of Rs.300 apply.
• Note: The replacement process takes 10 to 15 days.
